|All items requested for return must be proven manufacturer's defective upon review by Sonnetek.com A qualified Sonnetek.com product representative will guide you through the entire process and will be your main contract until the entire process is completed.|
|1. Please include a copy of the original sales invoice. RA # will not be issued without invoice number and invoice date.|
|2. All returns MUST have RA # written or labeled on the outside of the shipping carton.|
|3. Sonnetek.com is not responsible for any cost for item(s) to be returned.|
|4. Sonnetek.com is not responsible for any damage during shipment transit returning to Sonnetek.com warehouse.|
|5. The above RA # is issued in direct reference to the specific product(s) listed. Any unauthorized returns will be refused by Sonnetek.com|
|RA shipment will NOT be accepted for units that have been altered in any way. Altered units received by our warehouse will be shipped back at customer's expense. RA # will be voided if the item is not received within 30 days from the original issued date.
