Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of payment confirmation, except for Holidays when
Sonnetek.com Warehouse is closed. For normal business operations, most orders received for in-stock items with
payment confirmation before 12PM PST, Monday thru Friday, will be shipped the same day!
Q. How does Sonnetek.com calculate Refund or Store Credit with a 15% re-stocking fee?
A. The 15% re-stocking fee applies to the price of the goods ONLY. The 15% does NOT apply to all other prices nor
cost, such as shipping cost, tax, services...etc. For example, goods=$10, shipping=$5, total invoice cost=$15, a
user's refund with 15% re-stocking fee would be $8.50 The re-stocking fee ONLY applies to the $10 cost of goods.
Reminder, it is the shipping carrier (not Sonnetek.com) collects the shipping service regardless. Users are always
responsible for all shipping cost.
Q. How does Sonnetek.com calculate Refund or Store Credit WITHOUT a 15% re-stocking fee?
A. General, a full refund would be total invoice cost less shipping cost. For example, goods=$10, shipping=$5, total
invoice cost=$15, a user's full refund would be $10. Reminder, it is the shipping carrier (not Sonnetek.com)
collects the shipping service regardless. Users are always responsible for all shipping cost.
Q. Does Sonnetek.com accept order modification or cancellation request?
A. No. For security and procedural purposes, Sonnetek.com automated processing system and warehouse security
management does NOT allow order modifications or cancellation. However, Sonnetek.com does allow the return
of product within 15 days from the date of the shipment for a refund, WITHOUT any restocking fee, for as long as
the product is being in its original condition. Users are always responsible for all shipping cost.
Q. Does Sonnetek.com accept international orders?
A. Yes, for as long as user understands and accepts these conditions,

Q. Does Sonnetek.com ship on weekends or holidays?
A. Sonnetek.com shipping department and warehouse are operating 5 business days a week, and does not include
weekends or holidays. For example, if you placed an order on a Friday after 12:00PM, Saturday or Sunday, then
your order will begin to go through Sonnetek.com order processing system, on a first come first serve only, on the
following business (non-holiday) Monday.
Q. What days of the week does Sonnetek.com deliver on?
A. The day of delivery is determined by the shipping carrier’s availability and the shipping option that a user has
chosen. Generally, shipping carrier’s delivery schedule sets on weekly business days (non-holiday). Some shipping
carriers offer weekend (Saturday or Sunday), but such services are optional features that required additional charges

packages are delivered to business and home addresses Monday - Friday. Any orders with shipping upgrades

A. Sonnetek.com uses UPS and FedEx as a standard default carriers to deliver your order. Either carrier is fully capable
of delivering your packages to you in the best, most efficient, secure way possible whether this be through the air or by
ground delivery. Please select the most suitable shipping carriers, method and any options that offered by the carrier
during the check-out process. Regardless on how your goods are ship, you will be provided with a tracking number to
track the package to your door!
