SONNETEK WEBSITE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


All returns and services requests require a Sonnetek.com user's account and Return Authorization (RA) number, no exceptions.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY:  USERS WOULD HAVE A TOTAL OF 15 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT DATE TO OBTAIN A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER FROM SONNETEK.COM AND THEN SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO SONNETEK.COM WAREHOUSE.  YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT DOES NOT HAVE TO ARRIVE IN SONNETEK.COM WAREHOUSE WITHIN 15 DAYS, BUT IT DOES HAVE TO BE IN THE POSSESSION OF THE SHIPPER (OR SHIPMENT IN TRANSIT) WITHIN THE 15 DAYS LIMIT.  ALL RETURN SHIPMENT MUST HAVE A VALID RA NUMBER CLEARLY LABEL ON THE OUTER SHIPPING CARTON, NO EXCEPTIONS.  NO RETURN SHIPMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RA NUMBER.

EXCEPT FOR VERIFIED DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNS SENT TO THE SONNETEK.COM WAREHOUSE.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RISK OF LOSS FOR PRODUCT BEING RETURNED, EITHER FOR PRODUCT SHIPMENT TO SONNETEK.COM AND/OR PRODUCT SHIPMENT FROM SONNETEK.COM TO YOU.  PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF ALL SHIPMENT RECEIPTS AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE SHIPPER (SHIPPING CARRIER) FOR ANY PROOF OF SHIPMENT REQUIRED OR ANY SHIPMENT INSURANCE CLAIM PURPOSES.

All PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE IF RETUNED IN LESS THAN FACTORY-NEW CONDITION, HEREIN DESCRIBES AS ORIGINAL FACTORY SEALED BOX (NOT OPEN), ORIGINAL INTACT UPC BARCODE, ALL ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES ARE INCLUDED AND ALL ORIGINAL PRODUCT DOCUMENTS ARE INCLUDED.

UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THE QUALIFIED RETURNED PRODUCT BY SONNETEK.COM WITH STRICT CONFORMANCE TO THE BASIC CRITERIA AND RETURNS POLICY, THE PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE CREDITED TO THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

TYPICALLY, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 15 DAYS FROM SHIPMENT FOR YOUR RETURN TO ARRIVE AT SONNETEK.COM WAREHOUSE.  YOUR RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS, EXCLUDING SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS, FROM DATE OF RETURNED PRODUCT RECEIPT.

IF AND WHEN AN ACCEPTED RETURNED ITEM BY SONNETEK.COM IS TO BE REPLACED, SUCH AS DEFFECTIVE RETURNED ITEM, AND SUCH ITEM IS OUT-OF-STOCK.  SONNETEK.COM RESERVES THE OPTION OF ISSUING A FULL REFUND INSTEAD OF PROCESSING THE RETURNED ITEM AS A TO BE REPLACED ITEM.  USER(s) IS TO BE INFORMED IN ADVANCE BY SONNETEK.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The followings are required criteria for any product to be returned to Sonnetek.com, please follow these return instructions carefully,

1.       Please include ALL original manufacturer's product packaging and materials, with original UPC barcode intact, no exceptions.

2.       Please include ALL original manufacturer's product accessories (cables, screws, mounting plates...etc.) and documentations (manuals, warranty | registration cards...etc.).

3.       A valid Sonnetek.com Customer Service issued RA (Return Authorization) number.

All returns must be packaged with an outer protective shipping carton, and issued RA number must be clearly written on the top of the shipping carton.  All of these criteria are absolutely required, with no exceptions.  Any invalid or unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you at your cost.  For further information, please contact support@sonnetek.com

For product return procedures, please follow these basic steps,

1.       Please review Sonnetek.com Terms & Conditions carefully.

2.       Then complete Sonnetek.com Return Authorization Form.

3.       After completing the form, please click “Send” to submit it online.

4.       A trained Sonnetek.com customer service representative will promptly reply your message within 48 hours to guide you through the rest of the way, as well as issuing a RA (Return Authorization) number (REQUIRED) for your returning package.
